What is Eco-friendly Infrastructure?
Due to increased pressure on land, water and other resources, commitment towards environmental protection should go hand in hand along with economic efficiency especially for housing projects where interaction with environmental components like air, water, waste, soil are a day to day issue. With clients investing their hard earned money in buying a dream house and with increased awareness amongst them, clients are looking forward towards projects which not only provides basic emenities but also provide for better, greener and cleaner environment!

Generally the various infra-structure provided by the project developer for Housing or Industrial complexes include good roads, shopping complex, schools, hospitals, club house / recreational facilities, swimming pools, petrol pump, etc. The basic assumption made by the developer as well as the buyer/client while buying any property is that civic administration bodies will provide the drinking water through piped supply, provide sanitary facilities like collection and disposal of sewage and that electicity/energy will be provided through pre-laid electrical lines along with street lighting.

However, with increased population in the cities, depleting resources and increased awareness it is dawning that using resources sustainably is the only way towards development. This is exactly where the concept of Eco-Friendly Infrastructure has arisen.

Environmental protection concerns all the phases of housing projects be it planning, execution or maintenance. Proper steps can be taken in the planning stage itself to protect all the natural resources on which we largely depend on. Eco-friendly infrastructure provides pre-laid network of basic amenities to ensure cleaner environment and a self sustaining scheme. In Eco-friendly infrastructure, the dependency on natural resources including rainwater, surface water, ground water, wastewater, solid waste, trees is planned in such a way that environment is not degraded in the execution or maintenance phase or when the project is handed over to the client.

Eco-friendly infrastructure understands your need for a healthy environment along with the assurance of quality of the basic ammenities. It also tries to close nature’s cycle to help the residents a sustainable development.

As you sow - So you reap!! is the age old proverb which we need to revisit in today’s world also. We have been polluting our environment by throwing waste everwhere, by using large amounts of pesticides on to our fields, by pumping excess groundwater (borewell water), by bathing, excreting and urinating near rivers and lakes which give us drinking water, etc. We however, do not realise that nature gives us back these pollutants! We often do not realise that it is our own action for which we are paying. Eco-Friendly Infrastructure realises and shows a way that only with proper conservation of resources and protection of environment will the healthy growth of our society take place. Conservation of natural resources with which the residents interact daily, namely, water, air, plant biodiversity, waste through their use, protection, and improvement in accordance to principles that will ensure their highest economic or social benefits is what Eco-Friendly Infrastructure believes in.

This section provides information on the various natural resources which we have planned to conserve along with some do’s and dont’s for the environmental aware residents as we believe that we owe an obligation to the next generation.
We provide Eco-friendly Infrastructure Solutions to developers of sites and apartment complexs. We also help in Environmental Impact Assessment, ISO 14000, Energy and Water Audits & other Environmental Related Solutions.
